ABOUT DR. ROSE
Dr. Terrie Rose, a licensed child psychologist, began her career at the University of Minnesota serving as the director of training for infant and toddler development. In 1999, she established Baby's Space, a unique childcare model serving young children in poverty. As founder and president ofBaby’s Space, Terrie oversees the organization’s administrative and development activities.
Dr. Rose is a national trainer for ZERO TO THREE for the diagnosis of mental illness in children under the age of five. She is a nationally recognized speaker in the areas of early childhood development and mental health.
In 2008, Dr. Rose became a North American Ashoka Fellows, an honor bestowed on social entrepreneurs who create system-changing solutions to the world’s most urgent social problems.
Terrie has been married for 25 years and the mother of three children ages 17, 19 and 20.
